Elizabeth’s Fields Weddings Terms and Conditions

You can arrive at Elizabeth’s Fields from 10am on your day of arrival and you must vacate the properties and grounds by 10am on your day of departure. Timings that differ from these are to be arranged with prior agreement by Elizabeth’s Fields.

Elizabeth’s Fields require you to make payment of a preliminary deposit of 25% of the full amount to reserve the wedding or event date. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment cannot be paid in instalments, unless agreed upon booking.

A damage/breakage deposit of £500 is charged at the time of balance payment, and card details are retained for damage to the site hire. This is to cover any damage to the property, furnishings, contents or the grounds that unfortunately can sometimes occur. Provided that no damage has occurred your damage/breakage deposit will be fully refunded to you within 5-10 days of your departure from Elizabeth’s Fields. All deposit payments are provided as security for the payment for the wedding and as compensation to us in the event of a cancellation by you which is not permitted by the terms of our agreement and are therefore strictly non-refundable.

Should you cancel your booking and we are unable to find another party to take your reserved dates for at least the same amount as your booking, Elizabeth’s Fields would suffer loss and damage for which it would be entitled to claim compensation from you if you breach the terms of this agreement.

The Client is responsible for all terms and conditions including those of all suppliers.
